As unorthodox gallery show utilizing the sloped bank of the fastest indoor track in the U.S., 50 Meters w/ Tinman Elite celebrated the genesis of a new professional running team dedicated to bridging the gap between the elite athlete and the running community.
Shot in Boulder, Boston, and Des Moines, this project chronicled a standout faction of elite runners focused on proving themselves as contenders on an international stage. On atrophied muscles these young athletes passionately pursued their dreams of aerobic glory, supported in turn by compassionate brotherhood, and unmatched self belief.
Displayed the spring of 2019 (in conjunction with the Boston Marathon), the show provided a physical opportunity for the elite athletes to share a space with their fans, while the imagery provided the viewers with access to intimate moments within the lives of these athletes.
